My approach blends Eastern & Western modalities with a focus of transmuting societal shame and self-criticism into courage, confidence, and inner power. Through our time together you’ll develop a strong sense of self-trust and radical self-acceptance that’ll empower you to step into who you’re meant to be and do what you’re meant to be doing fearlessly.

How?

We’ll use cognitive, somatic, emotional, relational, and spiritual tools with an emphasis on practices that move you from spending too much time analyzing in your head to being present and feeling what’s actively happening in your body.

  • Step 1: Discovery Call

    Schedule a free 30-minute Consult Call. We’ll use this time to discuss more about you and what’s bringing you to coaching at this moment. I can also answer your questions about my background, approach, pricing, etc. then, we’ll schedule our first session via email.

    Step 2: Intake Session

    The first session will be the longest at 60-75 minute. This Intake Session will be a moment to deep dive into everything that’s present for you as we jump into our time together. I’ll use this information to build an entirely customized Self-Development Plan based on your needs and aspirations.

    Step 3: Personal Development Plan

    The second session will be used to talk through your Self-Development Plan together and align on a clear path for our work ahead.

    Step 4: Sessions in Progress

    We’re on our way! With the Personal Development Plan as the guide, we’ll meet weekly to get you closer and closer to your goals. Each session will look a little different depending on your focus areas and what’s present for you in the moment of the session.

  • My base rate is $250 per session.

    However, I am dedicated to maintaining an inclusive & accessible practice meaning I believe in transparent pricing and have a true Sliding Scale model.

    This model allows me to have a set amount of spots reserved for clients who have financial limitations (limited slots available at $175 and $150) or are experiencing extreme financial hardship (limited slots available at $125, $100, and $75).

    Times are tough and there’s absolutely no shame in talking about where you’re at financially so if you have any questions about pricing and affordability based on where you’re at right now, I encourage you to bring it up during our initial Consult Call.

  • I require a minimum of 12 weeks, but our work together should ideally continue for at least 1-year in order to ensure effective and long-lasting results toward your goals.
